Today I woke up to weather like this:

Although I am usually quite excited about snow, it didnt fit really my mood today. Honestly I felt like this snow could be of better use in Vancouver where they are needing some bad in order to pull of the olympics successfully. The snow caused some serious daydreaming in French and eventually dreaming of the best week of the summer: Roskilde. Sigdig sent me this "motivation" link last week which pretty much sums up the fabulous atmosphere at Camp C with our friends at Coffin Camp. (The best time to party is always 23:59 if you live at Camp C. Unfortenuately Camp C is dying this year due to the hated gravel pit (kind of like the Wu Tang song I know) but I guess there are fifteen other letters we can try on the east side, right Mari? The Roskilde lineup is slowly coming out and its looking pretty good so far, although they havent released any huge names yet. I am excited no matter what!

Anyways, back to real life Paris. It seemed my dreams were heard by someone, because when I walked out of class, the sun was shining, the sky clear and the beaches waiting for me! Well, at least almost, it is true except for the beach part I just put that in there for the Vengaboys reference. Me, on the other hand was going to class, and what a class! Professor Bahout takes a deep breath at the beginning of the class and then goes on drawing paralells and digressions in all sorts of directions on the topics of Syria and Lebanon. It was quite a fantastic two hours. A few things in the world definitely makes more sense afterward. When I again switched buildings to go to my third and last class the blizzard was back. When I finally left SciPo at 1645 the sun was shining again. That is why Ive decided to dedicate this song to the weather in Paris the 10th of February 2010:

After, me and Lisa decided to boycott the skitzo weather, bought some french deliciousness and got tipsy while watching Frost/Nixon. Good movie, good day.
